Ensure your child or teen is ready to safely participate in athletic activities with our comprehensive Sports Physicals. Also known as pre-participation physical exams (PPE), these check-ups are essential for evaluating a student-athlete’s health and fitness before the season begins.

My name is Sol Cowart, the founder of Solace Care and Wellness, PA. I am a board-certified family nurse practitioner. I have practiced family medicine in Central Florida since 2022. I am honored to now have the ability to serve the entire state of Florida at the tip of your fingers through telehealth services. As a bilingual and dedicated Nurse Practitioner with over three years of experience in family medicine and more than seven years as a registered nurse, I am passionate about providing high-quality care to my patients. My approach combines clinical expertise with a commitment to understanding each patient’s unique needs. I strive to empower my patients through education and support by helping them achieve their best possible health.
